Bruce Hodge - President/CTO and Founder
Mr. Hodge has extensive experience in startups and has been awarded numerous patents in the technology field. A computer engineering graduate from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo, CA. with 20-plus years in the technology industry,. Bruce has spent years working in Silicon Valley for companies such as Northrop Aircraft Division, Cisco Systems, Synoptics, Divicom and Apple. His experience with technology startups includes work as a founder of IP Planet Earth, an Internet access box for televisions that was developed 3 years before WebTV and Pure Carbon, a Human Resources outsourcing ASP application that was founded with the former Director of HR at Cisco Systems. At the RPI Business Incubator in Troy, NY, Bruce founded DynaScript Technologies, Inc. which is based on a revolutionary new thin client language targeted for both web servers and wireless devices.
With Tech Valley Technologies, Inc., Mr. Hodge brings his vast knowledge and visionary approach to technology that is ahead-of-the-curve and focuses on futuristic applications for both sensing technologies and targeting systems. He is the creator of the inventions from the research and development department at TVT. His main responsibilities are research and development, in addition to general oversight of the company.
Barbara Hodge - Senior Vice President Operations
Currently serves as Senior Vice President, Operations at TVT. Ms. Hodge brings years of corporate experience and management to TVT. She is involved in all aspects of managing the day-to-day business, working closely with the senior management team, the Production staff and Finance Department. Ms. Hodge has implemented processes and focused on communications, both internally and externally with TVT’s customers. She works closely with legal counsel, the accounting team and other outside partners on behalf of TVT.
John Farfaglia - VP of Sales & Business Development and Founder
John Farfaglia is a Founder and Vice President of Sales and Business Development for TVT. He attended Central Connecticut State University and holds a degree in Accounting. He works closely with Mr. Hodge in the development of new products, their costing and market development. He is responsible for developing sales and marketing plans and to identify and establish new sales channels and strategic partners for TVT. Mr. Farfaglia came to TVT from Synagro Technologies (formerly Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc.) where he was a Director of Business Development. He has an extensive background in business development, sales, marketing, project management, strategic planning, and contractual work.
